Refund & Warranty Policy

 

1. Warranty Coverage:

  • Aluminum Materials: 10-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
  • Electrical Components: 1-year standard warranty (e.g., solar panel, battery, fan, light).

2. Extended Warranty (Optional):

  • Extend electrical components' coverage by 1 year for 20% of replacement cost (e.g., $100 for a $500 component)

3. Refund/Replacement:

  • Valid only for defects arising under normal use during the warranty period.
  • Proof of purchase and warranty registration required.

4. Exclusions:

  • Damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
  • Natural wear and tear.

5. Claims Process:

  • Contact support within 7 days of issue discovery.
  • Repairs/replacements prioritized; refunds issued only if repair/replacement is impossible.
